Our 2021 Central Coast Pinot Noir is a medium-bodied, fruit-forward wine grown with a coastal influence. Bright fruit aromatics greet the nose with hints of black tea leaf and leather. The mouthfeel fills with notes of ripe raspberry and tart pomegranate. On the finish, the fruit notes are underscored with accents of pepper and toasted caramel.

Our 2020 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a dry, full-bodied wine with aromatics of baked raspberry preserves, sweet black licorice and peppercorns. The notes of raspberry carry through on the palate with layers of chocolate-covered cherry and a bit of cassis. The tannin structure creates chewy characteristics and the finish is long with nicely balanced fruit notes straight through.

Our 2020 Edna Valley Vineyard Meritage pays homage to the ancient art of blending two or more noble Bordeaux varieties together. Bouquets of raspberry, plum and cassis greet the nose. Layers of black currant and olallieberry brighten the palate, leading to notes of crushed graham cracker and fresh vanilla bean. The fruit notes stay vibrant through a long finish, with a tap of white pepper at the end.

Our 2022 Fleur de Edna Chardonnay is like white linen - crisp, elegant and made for summer. The color of pale hay shows in the glass before aromas of lychee, lime blossom and sliced green apple dusted with cinnamon greet the nose. A bright acidity leads to layers of ripe, juicy nectarine and apple with hints of star fruit and the minerality of wet stone. The mouthfeel is silky with lingering notes of delicate fruit on the finish.

Red V Blend is named after the top five varietals — Tannat, Tempranillo, Petite Sirah, Syrah and Grenache — showcased in our plush red blend. Layers of raspberry, currant and strawberry meld together, creating a medium-body palate accentuated with aromas of violet and lavender. Highlights of tart pomegranate and black currant brighten the blend, making it easy to pair.

Bright notes of orange marmalade, lychee and a touch of freshly cut grass brighten the palate and pull through to a crisp, cleansing finish. <br><br> <b>Pairings</b><br> Enjoy with green goddess hummus and fresh farmer's market vegetables or cold fresh-cracked crab legs. <br><br> <b>Harvest Notes</b><br> The 2021 harvest will be remembered for reduced crop size, small berries and intense flavor profiles across the board. Ongoing dry conditions affected both crop and berry size, while idyllic weather patterns allowed the fruit to ripen slowly and evenly. Edna Valley is renowned its rich oceanic and volcanic soils, cool Pacific breezes, and warm sunny days. Overall quality in 2021 was outstanding. <br><br> <b>Winemaking Notes</b><br> We harvested our Sauvignon Blanc grapes when they had developed optimal balance and desirable citrus and tropical fruit notes. A variety of specialty yeasts were used to showcase the varietal characteristics and bring them to the wine’s forefront. We fermented in stainless steel tanks at cooler temperatures around 55°F to retain delicate aromas and signature compounds. To increase viscosity and complexity, the wine was aged on its lees for two months before blending.

Our 2021 Reserve Pinot Noir is a classic Central Coast, cool climate Pinot Noir. Rich aromas of the creamy vanilla and cracked sugar of creme brulee meet plump baked cherries in this wine. Beautiful layers of raspberry, cherry and pomegranate give the wine a plush, round mouthfeel accented with taps of allspice and pepper. The finish is lingering with a dollop of caramel at the end.
