prosciutto

Edna Valley Vineyard Extra Virgin Olive Oil
flake Salt
freshly ground black pepper
fresh basil
INSTRUCTIONS:
Quantities will depend on the number of friends and family enjoying this board, and if you’d like this to be an aperitivo or antipasto. Artfully arrange your board with cheeses, prosciutto, melons, and tomatoes. Drizzle everything with Edna Valley Vineyard Extra Virgin Olive Oil, a pinch of flake salt, and a crank of freshly ground black pepper. Garnish with fresh basil.
