Goat Cheese, Honey and Herb Crostini
Pairs well with: Edna Valley Vineyard Winemaker Series Sauvignon Blanc
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 6 ounces goat cheese
- 1/3 cup honey
- Dried rosemary & thyme
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Place baguette slices on non-stick baking sheet.
3.Spread goat cheese onto each baguette slice in an even layer.
4. Place baking sheet in oven and bake for 4 minutes (or until cheese is softened but not liquefied), Drizzle honey over each warmed baguette slice, then place dried herbs on each slice.
