- 1 potato washed and cubed
- 1 tablespoon butter, diced
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Shredded cheese, if desired
1. Add all of the ingredients to a piece of aluminum foil and fold into a tight packet.
2. Cook over the fire or on the grill until the potatoes are soft when poked with a fork.
3. Open up your packets carefully and sprinkle with shredded cheese, let melt, and enjoy!
